In anticipation of that event, the MUSC Office of Parking Management (OPM) is scheduling an open-enrollment period for all employees who are or who may be interested in obtaining a parking assignment in this new facility. <br/> <br/>The contract date for substantial completion of the garage is Oct. 23. If that occupancy date should change, everyone will be notified as far in advance as possible.
