CURRENT STUDIES

Mild to moderate Alzheimer's dementia study, 6 months double blind study medication versus placebo. 

Phase II project, which seeks to delay the progression of memory loss in Alzheimer's dementia.

Neuroprotective  study, adding an investigational medication or placebo  to current Alzheimer's dementia treatment

Depression in Alzheimer's dementia study, studying the effects of sertraline vs. placebo in those suffering from both depression and Alzheimer's dementia

SC ADRC a 5 year annual memory evaluation for African Americans 60 years of age and older.  No study medications involved.  Includes those with no memory problems, as well as those with dementia.

Agitation with dementia project. Uses FDA approved medication

Moderate to Severe memory loss project seeking to slow progression of memory impairment.

Nursing Home  project in  Charleston,  SC.
