There are many ways to contact the Registry staff at the Medical University of South Carolina. The simplest way is to pick up the phone and dial our toll free number below (yes, they ran out of 1-800 and 1-888 numbers). We can mail out a questionnaire, answer questions about the registry, or change vital information if you are already a member. When calling, please remember that your enrollment in the database is confidential. The Registry staff can take information, but cannot answer specific questions including whether relatives have enrolled, and the way you filled out your last questionnaire.
