We are pleased to announce that Theresa Jump has been chosen as the 2010 PPRNet Practice Staff Member of the Year.  Theresa is a medical assistant at New London Family Practice in New London, Connecticut.

Theresa was nominated by Dr. Steven Johnson for her efforts on the “SO-TRIP” project, both for her individual work and support and training of the other medical assistants in their office.   The selection committee felt that these efforts to spread the practice’s innovations to others and their dramatic improvement in the SO-TRIP measures were the key factors distinguishing Theresa from the other excellent nominees.

Assuming adequate registration for the 2010 PPRNet cruise, the award will come with a prize of passage for two on the September, 2010 PPRNet cruise.  In any case, Theresa will be recognized at the September meetings.
