2010 Meeting Information: PPRNet will host the next Implementation of Alcohol Screening, Intervention and Treatment in Primary Care (AM-TRIP) network meeting to be held Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at the Embassy Suites Downtown Charleston, SC. Please Note: All Control Group practice liaisons are required to attend this meeting on Wednesday, September 22nd. Two hotel rooms are provided via a rooming list for the physician and nurse liaison on this project for Tuesday and Wednesday, September 21st and 22nd. Please fill out one registration form (located below) per person attending this meeting.
Additional nights stay are at your cost. Room rates are $142 per night
plus tax. 1) To provide feedback to practices on (a) practice improvements in screening, diagnosis, counseling, medication prescriptions, and referral and (b) what we have learned over the past year about facilitators and barriers.
2) To provide control practices
with an opportunity to learn from intervention practices regarding their "best
practices: experiences with implementation of alcohol screening, etc. - what
worked and what got in the way. 4) To provide intervention practices that are crossing over to the control condition an opportunity to discuss and plan for sustainability in the absence of our site visits.
